Build log · updated monthly

What actually shipped.

Every "In build" label on this site should be checkable. This is the dated record — milestones only, no vapor, written when they land.

October 2026

Early access opens; pricing published

  • • This website, with the full module catalogue, published USD pricing and the working cost calculator.
  • • Early-access intake opened; design-partner group forming.
  • • Platform work continues on Module 01 — device scoring and the scoring rule engine.

September 2026

Specification pack v2 and corrected economics

  • • 28-document technical specification pack completed — the "what to build", written so an engineering team can build without inventing decisions.
  • • Business case v2: twenty-five findings corrected against the spec pack, including removing every claim we could not support (failure-prediction confidence, "live" resale values, automatic warranty for all OEMs).
  • • The module catalogue settled at 21 modules across five pillars, each with an honest status.

April 2026

Platform core accepted; device scoring started

  • • Platform foundation passed its acceptance checklist (5 April 2026): multi-tenant provisioning, authentication with required MFA, role-based access control, audit logging, registration codes, email infrastructure.
  • • Permission intelligence center (read-only slice), tenant directory and platform administration shipped to the internal environment.
  • • Work began on Module 01: device registry, scoring engine and lifecycle recommendations.

March 2026

Foundations

  • • AngiLabs started building. PostgreSQL platform databases stood up, environments split demo/live from day one.
  • • First product (client reporting for agencies) ran live and taught us the lesson Lilo is built on: the deliverable your client can hold is the product.

Next entry lands when the next milestone does. If a month passes without one, that silence is information too — we'd rather show you nothing than theatre.

Watch it get built — from the inside.

Design partners see the build as it happens and shape what ships next.
