Sub-processors

The companies AngiLabs uses to run Lilo and this website. We give 30 days’ notice before this list changes — the notice goes to the email on your account, and the change lands here with a date.

Current list

• Contabo GmbH (Germany) — production hosting. All tenant data lives here, in the EU.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (US; EU-US Data Privacy Framework participant) — DNS, CDN and the form/consent-log workers for the marketing site. No tenant telemetry.
• Microsoft Corporation (US; EU-US Data Privacy Framework participant) — transactional email via Microsoft 365 (password resets, notifications) and optional Microsoft sign-in.

Explicitly not sub-processors

• Your RMM (for example SuperOps) — that is your vendor; Lilo reads from it on your instruction with the token you provide.
• No AI vendor receives raw telemetry. When AI features ship, they will receive pre-aggregated summaries only, and any vendor involved will appear on this list 30 days first.
